The Main Topics Covered
in the Holy Qur’an
The main topics covered in the Qur’an are Allah and people.
It teaches us our duties towards our parents, family,
towards others and other living creatures and our environment.
Th e Qur’an guides us to the right path and
tells us to be obedient to Allah and our Prophet (pbuh).
Th e Qur’an deals with a variety of topics; besides verses on
worship and principles of good manners there are many verses
dealing with social issues such as eating, drinking, marriage,
economic and social relationships. In addition, stories of
prophets and past civilisations are included so that we may be
able to draw lessons from them.
